| #1 | I would like to know what everyone is using for carrier air?
I can't seem to find anything very quiet that will supply 7-8 pounds.
I've been using a Thomas pump. It's not all that quiet.

| #2 | You can use just about anything. Remember that you don't have to keep the pump/compressor inside of your unit. I suppose you could also build some kind of noise insulating housing around your Thomas pump. We use a small compressor in the field, and a Gast pump in the shop. The Gast pump is relatively quiet. You can find comparable pumps for cheap on Ebay if you just want to experiment. __________________ Mike Cunningham Jr.
